If you’re there for a holiday, you’ll find there are beaches to suit every type of person, and the beaches are all fringed with palm trees and covered with beautiful golden sand. The sea is a perfect temperature for snorkelling, diving, swimming and splashing around with the kids.

As well as playing around on the beach all day, which is always great fun for the family, you’ll also find that just behind Pattaya Beach there’s an amazing array of shops to be explored – a good way to escape the midday heat.

You might be able to time your trip to coincide with one of the major Thai festivals like the Thai New Year festival of Songkran which takes place on 13 April every year. The festival runs for three days, beginning with Maha Songkran Day on 13 April to celebrate the end of the old year.  The next day is Wan Nao and the New Year begins on 15 April – Wan Thaloeng Sok. Many people travel to their home town or village to celebrate Songkran and welcome in the New Year with their families.

Malaysia

For the travelling food critic on a budget, you will have no problem spending a lot of time in Malaysia; hotels, food, transportation and entertainment is all reasonably priced while maintaining great quality. There is an enormous variety of food and drink to choose from, and you will experience just about every conceivable way there is to have rice: from rice porridge to coconut rice, and from compressed rice cakes to rice wine. With rice as the staple, the sky is the limit as to the assortment of dishes that can be made, and the food also varies in different regions. Vietnam

Vietnamese cuisine is popular because of the light, subtle nature of the food and for the fresh and delicious herbs and spices that they use. With rice as the base, don’t be surprised to find ingredients such as bamboo shoots, banana blossoms, banana leaves and red chillies gracing many dishes. The most popular dish here is pho, which is simply a Vietnamese noodle soup that can come in endless varieties depending on your taste. South Korea

Often overlooked by westerners as a popular culinary choice, food in Korea is the absolute trip for the travelling foodie. Thailand

The food here often uses herbs and spices that cannot be found in the west, so it is strongly recommended that you take a cooking class or thoroughly check out the markets while you are here!

China

You could travel in China only and find a variety of culinary options as Chinese cooking is divided into four main schools: Northern, Eastern, Western and Southern. The differences arise from a combination of geographical, climatic and historical differences. There are too many options to list here, however you will find the same basic ingredients; rice, noodles, tofu, vegetables such as bok choy, herbs, and sauces and seasonings such as soy and oyster sauce, ginger, garlic, sesame oil and star anise just to name a few. There is too much choice here, so when you go be sure to give yourself a lot of time, go with an appetite and be adventurous!

What to do in the case of emergency? All of this can be easy enough for you to manage. It is easy when you do it in advance. It is when this preparation has not been done in the first place, and something goes wrong, situations turn very messy.

1)     Build a list of buyers
This is a critical requirement for selling your houses fast.  A buyers list is a list of buyers who buy properties where you buy and sell properties.

When selling houses to end users, this is a list of people looking to buy houses on retail or terms who meet the criteria of your houses.

As a wholesale house flipper, you build a list of real estate investors who buy houses, rent them out, or sell them for a profit.

A real estate investing website is crucial to meet this need.   The website must allow you to collect name and email of potential buyers before they get access to house details.

The real estate investor web site must have integrated squeeze pages that collect their contact information before they can access your houses for sale.

6)     Web 2.0 websites
Facebook and other social networking websites are a fantastic way to reach hundreds or thousands of other real estate investors.   Sharing your houses with your friends on these media is likely to get you a buyer fast.
